Essential Maintenance Commences.

As our members know the club's main priority is, and always will be, the Health and Safety of our staff and their families and we are totally committed to doing everything possible to reduce any undue risk on the NHS during this lockdown situation.It is for these reasons that there has been no greenstaff working on the course during the past three weeks.However, following constant communication with our course manager and his assurance that his staff are agreed to the working policies that have been put in place, a rota with two staff working to carry out essential maintenance based on the guidelines set out by The R&A and BIGGA commenced today.This essential maintenance will include mowing, as per growth, and little else and will be in place until such times as guidelines permit otherwise and the team can start to work together again to prepare and present the course as normal.We can only hope that this happens sooner rather than later!Until then, stay safe, well and at home.
