The club would like to invite suitably qualified individuals/companies to manage the catering facilities at the golf club. This will be on a franchise basis.
Responsibilities will include:
1.Provide catering for members on a daily basis.
2.Provide catering for visiting parties.
3.Provide catering for evening socials and other club events e.g., Prize giving dinner, Burns Supper
4.The franchisee will also be expected to provide catering services for members who have requested the use of the premises for events such as parties, weddings, engagements, funerals etc.
The golf club will provide all the kitchen facilities required. The franchisee will be encouraged to grow the catering side of the golf club and by default their own income. Ideally this will suit individuals with golf club experience but not mandatory for prospective applicants.
It is expected that the prospective candidate holds all the relevant food hygiene and safety certification.
