An excellent finishing hole which requires the player to keep concentrating and swinging well right to the end.
Like the 17th a very straight hole where a good drive is necessary so that the green can be reached in two.
The second shot plays up hill to a long narrow green, so like many of the previous holes taking more club is recommended.
The green itself which can be tricky to putt on especially when the hole is at the front is guarded on both sides by bunkers and there is a steep bank on the left.
